LATE ARRIVAL

We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; However out of respect for other clients' time, we cannot guarantee your full service time if you are late. Or there could be a late fee of $25 if you are more than 10 mins late..

We will do what we can in the time allowed.

Our services, require sufficient time to properly prepare the room for your treatment.

Preparations may include the use of products. Due to timing, cost of preparations and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

• All cancellations or reschedules must be done online at least 24 hours in advance.

• Calls or messages after your scheduled appointment time will not be accepted — the window has already expired.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50 fee or one session deducted from your package.

• As a courtesy, we may call, text, or email 1–2 business days prior. Please confirm or adjust your appointment promptly. If you are more than 10 mins late it will result in a $25 fee

When booking with us, you are agreeing to all policies listed.

PACKAGES

• All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

• Packages must be fully used before their expiration date.

PAYMENTS

• We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo & After Pay

• Cash is accepted, but must be exact change — we do not keep a cash drawer and cannot provide change.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Please shower before arriving when booking any body services.

No extra guests — no exceptions.

Please bring your faja to every post-op appointment.

VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

• If you are more than 5 minutes late, the consultation will be canceled.

• Please be in a well-lit, quiet room so we can clearly see and hear you.
